These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Menmba, Inc. governing your access to and use of the Menmba social media platform , including any content, functionality, and services offered via the website or any future applications. This policy is effective from June 1, 2026.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

2. Eligibility
The Platform is exclusively for biological males aged 16 years or older. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement and that you will not create multiple accounts or impersonate any person or entity.

3. Account Registration and Referrals
To use Menmba, you must create an account via referral from an existing member. Only one profile per user is allowed. Upon registration, you agree to provide accurate and truthful information. Referral links are used to trace new users, and violators of these rules may face suspension or termination.

4. Platform Features
Menmba allows users to engage in discussion through Briefs, Echoes, Likes, Comments, Polls, Scores, Circles, Live, Topics, Messages, and Clubs. Users can earn or purchase badges and gain access to enhanced services and features as they become available.

5. Content and Conduct
We encourage open discourse and support free speech; however, we reserve the right to moderate content that contains pornography or sexually explicit material or content that incites violence or illegal activity.

6. Code of Conduct Violations
Violations of the above-mentioned code of conduct will be dealt with under a three strike process. First, the user will receive a written warning to the user's provided email address. The next offense will result in a temporary suspension of the user's account, the duration of which shall be at the sole discretion of Menmba. Finally, a third violation will result in a permanent ban. The Company may disable or remove content or accounts at our discretion to maintain the integrity of the Platform.

7. Intellectual Property
Users retain ownership of content they post. However, by using the Platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, store, reproduce, and distribute your content to operate and promote the Platform.

8. Subscriptions and Payments
Basic Platform access is currently free. We may introduce premium subscriptions and offer in-app purchases (e.g., badges). By making any purchases, you agree to provide valid payment information and authorize us to charge applicable fees.

9. Privacy
Our use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. You agree to the collection and use of your information in accordance with that policy.

10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any violation of these Terms or for conduct that harms the community or Company's best interests.

11. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided "as is" and without warranty. We disclaim all liability for any damages arising from your use of the Platform.

12. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Platform following any changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.
